This Data Processing Agreement explains, in simple terms, what personal data Job Selection collects through jobselection.ro, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It complements our full Privacy Policy.

Data controller

Job Selection Corporation S.R.L. (registered office: 9 Alexandru Odobescu Street, office 1A, 500271 Brașov, Romania, Trade Registry no. J08/730/2015, CUI RO 34490918) and Job Selection H.R. S.R.L. (same address, office 1B, Trade Registry no. J08/976/2015, CUI RO 34661759) act as joint data controllers.

What data we collect

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• CV and professional information you submit when applying for a position

Why we process it (purpose)

• Recruitment and placement — matching you with relevant job opportunities
• Sending job alerts and other communications you have opted in to
• Responding to messages you send through our contact form

Legal basis

Your explicit consent, given by ticking this agreement or by submitting your data through our website's forms. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data until you withdraw your consent, or for a maximum of 10 years after our last interaction with you — whichever comes first, in line with our Privacy Policy.
