Tour Expert onboard Cruise Ships
We are seeking dynamic and multilingual Tour Experts to join our team onboard cruise ships. As a Tour Expert, you will be the bridge between our guests and unforgettable destinations, guiding them through excursions, assisting with bookings, and ensuring every journey ashore is seamless and memorable.
Ideal Candidate
- You have a Secondary school diploma in Tourism or Languages (bachelor’s degree is highly appreciated)
- You have a proven track in Sales (experience as a Tour Operator represents a plus)
- You master English and Italian language
- You speak fluently a language among German and French
- You have a good command in a fourth language among Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese
- You are proficient in MS Office package
- You are problem-solving and team-work oriented
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell shore excursions to guests onboard
- Provide expert advice and destination insights in multiple languages
- Assist guests with bookings, cancellations, and inquiries
- Coordinate with local tour operators to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with the onboard team to enhance guest satisfaction
