Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or hospitality (luxury brands preferred).
- Proven sales record and strong customer relationship skills.
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, perfumery, or beauty retail.
- Proficiency in English (B1 level); Italian language at B1 – B2.
- High school diploma minimum — studies in Retail or Hospitality a plus.
- Previous shipboard experience is highly appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Engage guests with professional, personalized service across jewelry, perfumery, apparel, eyewear, and beauty categories.
- Build lasting relationships and drive sales through excellent product knowledge and genuine interaction.
- Maintain store visuals, manage stock, and ensure a premium shopping experience for every guest.
- Collaborate with your onboard team to meet targets and deliver world-class retail service.
