Job Opportunity – Kids Animator – Cruise Staff (Ages 3–11)
We are looking for caring and energetic Kids Animators to join our cruise staff team. In this role, you will design and lead fun, safe, and educational activities for children aged 3 to 11. Your creativity and enthusiasm will ensure young guests enjoy unforgettable experiences while parents feel confident their children are in good hands.
Ideal Candidate
- Secondary school diploma in Pedagogy or Education
- Minimum 3 months of experience with children (babysitting, kindergarten, or resorts)
- Proficiency in English at B2 level
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills
- Ability to engage children in group activities with patience and positivity
Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise games, workshops, and recreational activities for children
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment in the Kids Club
- Collaborate with the entertainment team to deliver age‑appropriate programs
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding activities and child needs
- Promote fun, learning, and social interaction among children onboard
