Job Opportunity – Adults Animator – Cruise Staff
We are seeking enthusiastic and creative Adults Animators to join our cruise staff team. In this role, you will design and host engaging activities, entertainment programs, and social events for adult guests onboard. Your energy, communication skills, and ability to connect with diverse audiences will ensure unforgettable experiences at sea.
Ideal Candidate
- Secondary school diploma (Languages or Tourism is a plus)
- Enthusiastic, creative, and strong communication skills
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Problem-solving oriented and team player
- Computer literate
- English knowledge at B1 level; another language at B1 level
- Italian knowledge is an advantage
- Previous shipboard experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Organize and lead entertainment activities for adult guests
- Host shows, games, and social events with confidence in public speaking
- Collaborate with the entertainment team to deliver high-quality programs
- Support guest satisfaction through creativity, enthusiasm, and problem-solving
- Promote onboard services and activities
