Hotel Manager – Embark on River & Ocean Cruise Adventures

Ideal Candidate

  • With at least 2 years of Hotel Manager experience in a 4* or 5* setting (Experience on cruise ships is a plus)
  • Possession of a hotel/catering management or hospitality qualification is advantageous
  • Exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English; proficiency in French is an additional asset
  • Knowledgeable about HACCP and sanitary regulations
  • Demonstrated strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proven experience in budgeting, ordering, and inventory management
  • Effective leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability to a diverse, multicultural work environment
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills
  • Keen attention to detail
