Hotel Manager – Embark on River & Ocean Cruise Adventures
Ideal Candidate
- With at least 2 years of Hotel Manager experience in a 4* or 5* setting (Experience on cruise ships is a plus)
- Possession of a hotel/catering management or hospitality qualification is advantageous
- Exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English; proficiency in French is an additional asset
- Knowledgeable about HACCP and sanitary regulations
- Demonstrated strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Proven experience in budgeting, ordering, and inventory management
- Effective leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability to a diverse, multicultural work environment
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Keen attention to detail
