Shop Manager Opportunities
Ideal Candidate
- Proven work experience as a Shop Manager or similar role for at least 3 years
- Previous experience on a cruise ship or in a similar industry is an advantage
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and think strategically
- Knowledge of cash management, receipts, and bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications and POS software or any other retail management software
- Proficiency in English (B2), and familiar in another European language (Italian, French, German, Spanish) at the B2 level
- Is a mandatory safety training that has to be completed before to embark.

- Deliver first-class service to guests from around the globe
- Manage stock, sales, and visual merchandising with precision
- Handle store reports, targets, and finances like a retail rockstar
- Train, inspire, and manage your team for smooth sailing and great performance
