Sports Instructor for Cruise Ships
Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and creative Sports Instructor to join aboard luxurious cruise ships. If you’re passionate about fitness, enjoy public speaking, and love interacting with people from around the world, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize sports and fitness activities for passengers, ensuring an enjoyable and engaging experience.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and creativity in hosting sports events, group exercises, and individual fitness sessions.
- Communicate effectively with guests, offering guidance, motivation, and support.
- Solve challenges and manage guest expectations with a problem-solving approach.
- Collaborate with the entertainment and guest services teams to create memorable onboard experiences.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary School I.S.E.F. qualification or Degree in Sport Science (required).
- Experience: Previous experience as a fitness instructor is a plus; shipboard experience is also advantageous.
- Attributes:
- Enthusiastic, creative, and confident public speaker.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using computers.
- Languages: Excellent English skills and fluency in either German or Spanish (required).

- Work Schedule: 7 days a week, 8–11 hours per day divided into 2–3 shifts.
- Salary: Basic Gross Monthly Salary plus Bonus.
